ORNL Neutron Scattering & Quantum Materials Workshop
The workshop titled, “Neutron Scattering, High Magnetic Field, and Complementary Techniques for Quantum Materials” will take place in person at Florida State University, Tallahassee.
This workshop aims to bring together experts and users from neutron scattering and high-field Maglab communities, along with specialists in complementary techniques to showcase how neutron scattering, high-magnetic-field, and various other techniques can work together to investigate quantum materials at the forefront of current research.
The techniques covered in this workshop include neutron scattering, resonant inelastic X-ray scattering (RIXS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning tunneling microscopy (STM), molecular-beam epitaxy (MBE), muon spin relaxation/rotation (muSR), angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES), terahertz spectroscopy, bulk magnetic property measurements, etc.
Registration is free, and the deadline to register is December 15th, 2025.
